Mike set off at 6:30 this morning as he has a wapping 62.5 miles to tackle today... his ankles and feet are swollen and just before he left he was talking about having a chat with his doctor...Steve emptied his bag of carbohydrate powder and ibuprofen before he left to replenish Mike's supplies (thanks Steve), but I think we will be making a Nurofen Plus stop en route today...
There isn't a cloud in the sky so I think it's going to be a very long, very hot, very tough day out on the road... this is the profile of the route today...
