Things weren't so quick thus morning as the main group left fir Beauly this morning at five thirty. Smithy and Mark notably walking away the first few hundred metres in order to warm up their tired and injured shins.

Jo looked fine as she headed the group away and Graham brought up the rear with some very tight looking calf muscles...

The leaders leave here at seven and there's a great red sunrise...hmmm
