Road to Hell

Chris Rea could have written the song after the A49...it's a bit of a devil this one as it's not ideal but the quickest way to Lands End.

We expect them here at 43 miles at around 8pm...

  1. I hope they are in better spirits than yesterday. Hopefully crossing into Wales will be a big psychological boost.
Good to see you and Jen yesterday.

Say Hi! for me please. We are all rotting for them - remarkable achievement.
    God bless

  4. Phew Peter, I'm glad about that, I was really worried for you. Aren't they just doing brilliantly. I bet it was a boost for Dave to see you the other day Peter. They're all so close now they just have to finish together.

  7. Peter, I ran with them today for a few miles & maybe rotting was the right term, they stink! However they are in good spirits & we had a few laughs. If determination was all they needed they would be at the end now, they all carry some sort of injury but as ultra runners they are coping well.

  8. Hi Colin
Many thanks for running with them today - you were a real boost for them and just at the right time.
Yep I noticed that they do stink! But sweet smell of success is coming pretty soon - I wish that you could share it with them.
    Peter
