The first stop saw the guys rip thru after just three hours. The injury niggles each has aren't getting any worse and it's the warm sunshine that might prove a problem for them today to contend with...
It's Whitchurch right now and then onto Shrewsbury for their second and third CP's.
Ludlow is on the horizon and our third country Wales is too...
