Very hot again!

Nearly 10.45am and it's starting to cook out here on the road. Everywhere looks so dry and the guys will find these midday hours very warm today...

Early morning and the evening is where they run best it seems. Nice blue sky above to top up the weird tanlines they are getting...

    Hope it doesn't get too hot. Don't understand how you three are still standing after 600 miles, let alone still running.

    Really looking forward to you getting to Devon. Won't be long now although it must seem a lifetime to you.

    Neil, Grandad says don't run yourself into the ground and injure youself, but I said to him that you had got this far there was no way you were going to stop now unless injury or running out of time did that for you.

    Lots of good luck for today and not too much more sun.
