The day just trundles on and it's six o'clock here watching the traffic on the A49 go by.
Cockbain is over his wobbly patch and I did walk slowly with them out of Wigan whilst they ran in slow motion...it seemed like that anyway.

Awesome day today, just to be part of the event and meet these three great guys was brilliant. The sheer determination and bloody mindedness is so going to keep them going and going all the way...
