    Absolutely brilliant. Very proud of you Neil. Well done Dave, Mark & also Colin, who hopefully will soon make it over the border too.

    Hope the suffering is not too bad. Like you said Neil it's mostly in the head and it sounds like you've all got to the right mental state whereas 99 percent of people would just be in a state!
