The guys are due into the 31 mile (50km mark soon)...and we are looking forward to giving them your latest messages. We are high above the M74 watching the thousands of cars rushing along...Are they the mad ones? Or are we? I reckon the former as the long road/trail is where Ultra Runners feel alive. And these guys are having the run of their lives right now.
Still a marathon to go today and so far they have run...321 miles in 6 days, that's a double marathon each day.
No wonder it's tough!
