So England DOES exist and our first sign of blighty...

The runners are a la pack today and just coming out of East Kilbride. Heading for the 10 mile stop.

Happy days in the warm Scottish sun.

    Great stuff Mark, glad to hear you're improving.
    It's downhill all the way to LE now ... well apart from the Lakes that is ... and then Shropshire, Avon, Devon etc ;)
