Here by the side of Loch Ness there is no sign of the monster but we have just culled Bethany's Monster of a Pack...no less than 9 energy/chocolate bars as well as a tube of family toothpaste went as we made her a lot lighter for the rest of the day. No compass was needed either as the route is a straight run along the A82...
