All thru one...

All the runners are thru checkpoint one on Day three...Smithy and Mark probably in the best spirits as they are running together with an althetic Morecambe and Wise style banter between them and with us we found out.

Onwards to twenty or so with Jen out on the bike today to add moral passing support...
